Device Changer v3.106 Update: Profile Checks and Root Hiding Demo

Version 3.106 adds automatic profile verification on the server so the app can show when new profiles are available directly on the relevant control. The release also includes a Telegram video demo showing Device Changer together with root hiding and an All Clear result. This update is aimed at making profile maintenance more visible and easier to verify before a test session starts.
